The State of Florida does not allow driving schools to have verbal agreements with drivers or Clients. All benefits and responsibilities have to be clarified in writing and agreed to accompanied with signatures.

Every Client will receive a personalized Working Agreement for review.  If you find anything in the Working Agreement that you want clarified or changed, just ask. It is less important that every details of the Working Agreement remain unchanged and more important that we have a "meeting of the minds".

The Working Agreement will reflect the information on this web site. There will be nothing in the Working Agreement that is not clearly stated on this web site.

In most cases, I ask Clients and drivers for a recommendation following service. Whatever I can do to earn a good recommendation from you I would like to try to do.  This is a Client-centered business.  Tell me what I can do to make you happy and I will do everything within reason to meet your expectations; however, tell me what I can do because my mind-reading skills are rusty.
